- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-volume periods (festivals, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Once dispatched, orders typically reach you within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or non-metro areas may require additional transit time.
- You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping rates apply based on your location and order value.
- Any shipping promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy
To ensure timely and smooth delivery:
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with correct PIN code.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve it at the earliest.
