Returns and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at info@rajkruti.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days with next steps and the return address.

Shipping the Product Back

  • Customers are required to courier the product back to our address at their own cost.
  • Please ensure the returned product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for products lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
